Background
Scott spent the first decade of his career at Engel Burman mastering core competencies in real estate development where his skill set was applied to hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial, residential, and senior living products throughout the New York Metro.

Subsequently, Scott presided as President of Engel Burman Construction where for over a decade he grew his team to well over one hundred construction professionals and lead them to successful annual production of nearly four-hundred-million dollars of work-in-place.​​

Scott formed BRE in 2023 to develop commercial, residential and healthcare properties. Since inception the company has acquired and is developing several hundred million dollars of property across the NY Metro Region.
Scott chairs of the Board of Trustees at the Long Island Children's Museum, is board member to the Stony Brook College of Business Real Estate Institute and LIPA/PSEG Community Advisory Board, is a past President of the Long Island Real Estate Group, and former board member and Forum Officer for the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

Scott lives in Suffolk County New York with his wife, children and dogs. He a passionate skier and loves spending time in the mountains. He was an endurance athlete for over two decades and has competed in over 100 multi-sport or endurance racing events.
